Chimes 4 Jesus
This group is for our elementary-age children. They meet on Sundays after the 10 AM Service for about 20 minutes to prepare an anthem for the coming month. The children learn to read music from a large chart and use either our chimes or hand bells. This is often a child’s first introduction to reading music and playing with a group. All beginners are welcome…we teach you what you need to know.
Our handbell group is for those teens/adults who already play an instrument and can read music. This is a great starter group for adults who would like to try out a bell ensemble. Their goal is to play four times every year.
The St. Paul’s Ringers
This choir uses our 3 octave set of hand bells and chimes to provide an anthem once a month during the 10 AM Service. It meets Thursday evenings at 6 PM in the choir room and rehearse for an hour. No experience necessary…just the ability to count to 4 and know your right hand from your left!
Adult Vocal Choir
Our vocal choir is comprised of teens and adults who enjoy singing. They do a wide variety of music, ranging from unison to SATB arrangements with an emphasis on contemporary composers. They rehearse on Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM and Sunday mornings at 9 AM in the choir room. No audition necessary…all are welcome.
